Shūnyam does not lead you up the mountain or into a cave. It unloads you at Life, unrehearsed.
There is nothing holy, religious, sacred, spiritual, esoteric or mystical about Shūnyam.
And there is nothing in the Human Condition however exalted, however depraved, that is not intimate with it.
To limit it so would be to abase its Truth.
Put a religious spin on Shūnyam [or for that matter, a particularly worldly one] and you will tilt away at a sharp angle.
The title ‘Nothing Holy’ is generously borrowed from Acharya Bodhidharman, it being his answer to Emperor Wu to the question: ‘What is Holy Truth?’
